1 And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.

1 Y me volví, y alcé mis ojos y miré, y he aquí cuatro carros que salían de entre dos montes; y aquellos montes eran montes de bronce.

2 In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses;

2 En el primer carro había caballos alazanes, y en el segundo carro, caballos negros,

3 And in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled and bay horses.

3 y en el tercer carro, caballos blancos y en el cuarto carro, caballos overos, rucios rodados.

4 Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?

4 Respondí entonces, y dije al ángel que hablaba conmigo: Señor mío, ¿qué es esto?

5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

5 Y el ángel me respondió y me dijo: Estos son los cuatro espíritus de los cielos que salen desde donde están, delante del Señor de toda la tierra.

6 The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grisled go forth toward the south country.

6 El carro con los caballos negros salió hacia la tierra del norte; y los blancos salieron tras ellos; y los overos salieron hacia la tierra del sur.

7 And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth.

7 Y los rucios salieron y se afanaron por ir a recorrer la tierra. Y dijo: Id, recorred la tierra. Y recorrieron la tierra.

8 Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.

8 Luego me llamó y me habló diciendo: Mira, los que salieron hacia la tierra del norte hicieron reposar mi espíritu en la tierra del norte.

9 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

9 Y vino a mí la palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

10 Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah;

10 Toma de los del cautiverio, de Heldai, y de Tobías y de Jedaías, los cuales volvieron de Babilonia; y vendrás tú en aquel día y entrarás en casa de Josías hijo de Sofonías.

11 Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest;

11 Tomarás, pues, plata y oro, y harás coronas y las pondrás en la cabeza del sumo sacerdote Josué hijo de Josadac.

12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:

12 Y le hablarás, diciendo: Así ha hablado Jehová de los ejércitos, diciendo: He aquí el varón cuyo nombre es el Renuevo, el que brotará de su lugar y edificará el templo de Jehová.

13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

13 Él edificará el templo de Jehová, y él llevará gloria, y se sentará y dominará en su trono, y será sacerdote en su trono; y habrá consejo de paz entre los dos.

14 And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the LORD.

14 Y Helem, y Tobías, y Jedaías y Hen hijo de Sofonías tendrán coronas como recordatorio en el templo de Jehová.

15 And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the LORD, and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God.

15 Y los que están lejos vendrán y reedificarán el templo de Jehová; entonces sabréis que Jehová de los ejércitos me ha enviado a vosotros. Y esto sucederá si escucháis obedientemente la voz de Jehová vuestro Dios.
