1 Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy.

1 Inclina, oh Jehová, tu oído, respóndeme, porque estoy afligido y necesitado.

2 Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.

2 Guarda mi alma, porque soy piadoso; salva tú, oh Dios mío, a tu siervo que en ti confía.

3 Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.

3 Ten misericordia de mí, oh Señor, porque a ti clamo todo el día.

4 Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

4 Alegra el alma de tu siervo, porque a ti, oh Señor, elevo mi alma.

5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

5 Porque tú, Señor, eres bueno y perdonador, y abundas en misericordia para con todos los que te invocan.

6 Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.

6 Da oídos, oh Jehová, a mi oración y atiende a la voz de mis ruegos.

7 In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.

7 En el día de mi angustia te invocaré, porque tú me responderás.

8 Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.

8 Ninguno hay como tú entre los dioses, oh Señor, ni obras que igualen tus obras.

9 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.

9 Todas las naciones que hiciste vendrán y adorarán delante de ti, oh Señor, y glorificarán tu nombre,

10 For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.

10 porque tú eres grande y hacedor de maravillas; solo tú eres Dios.

11 Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

11 Enséñame, oh Jehová, tu camino; caminaré yo en tu verdad; consolida mi corazón para que tema tu nombre.

12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.

12 Te alabaré, oh Jehová, Dios mío, con todo mi corazón, y glorificaré tu nombre para siempre.

13 For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.

13 Porque tu misericordia es grande para conmigo, y has librado mi alma de lo más profundo del Seol.

14 O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.

14 Oh Dios, los soberbios se han levantado contra mí, y una congregación de violentos ha buscado mi vida, y no te han puesto delante de sí.

15 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

15 Mas tú, oh Señor, Dios misericordioso y clemente, lento para la ira y que abundas en misericordia y verdad,

16 O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.

16 vuélvete hacia mí y ten misericordia de mí; da tu fortaleza a tu siervo, y salva al hijo de tu sierva.

17 Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.

17 Haz conmigo una señal para bien, y véanla los que me aborrecen y sean avergonzados, porque tú, oh Jehová, me ayudaste, y me consolaste.
