1 Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.

1 A ti en silencio te espera la alabanza en Sion, oh Dios; y a ti se pagarán los votos.

2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

2 Tú oyes la oración; a ti vendrá toda carne.

3 Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.

3 Las iniquidades prevalecen contra mí, mas nuestras transgresiones tú las perdonarás.

4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

4 Bienaventurado el que tú escojas y hagas que se acerque a ti, para que habite en tus atrios. Seremos saciados del bien de tu casa, de tu santo templo.

5 By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:

5 Con tremendas cosas, en justicia, nos responderás tú, oh Dios de nuestra salvación, esperanza de todos los términos de la tierra y de los mares más remotos.

6 Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:

6 Tú, el que afirma los montes con su poder, ceñido de poderío;

7 Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.

7 el que calma el estruendo de los mares, el estruendo de sus olas, y el alboroto de las naciones.

8 They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.

8 Por tanto, los habitantes de los confines de la tierra temen ante tus maravillas. Tú haces alegrar las salidas de la mañana y del atardecer.

9 Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

9 Visitas y riegas la tierra; en gran manera la enriqueces; el río de Dios rebosa de agua; preparas el grano de ellos, porque así lo dispones.

10 Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.

10 Haces que se empapen sus surcos, los allanas; los ablandas con lluvias, bendices sus renuevos.

11 Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.

11 Tú coronas el año con tus bienes, y tus sendas destilan abundancia.

12 They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.

12 Destilan sobre los pastizales del desierto, y los collados se ciñen de alegría.

13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.

13 Se visten los llanos de manadas, y los valles se cubren de grano; dan voces de júbilo y aun cantan.
