1 O LORD, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

1 Jehová, no me reprendas en tu furor, ni me castigues con tu ira.

2 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

2 Ten misericordia de mí, oh Jehová, porque yo estoy debilitado; sáname, oh Jehová, porque mis huesos se estremecen.

3 My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how long?

3 También mi alma está muy turbada; y tú, oh Jehová, ¿hasta cuándo?

4 Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies' sake.

4 Vuélvete, oh Jehová, libra mi alma; sálvame por tu misericordia,

5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?

5 porque en la muerte no hay memoria de ti. ¿Quién te alabará en el Seol?

6 I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.

6 Cansado estoy por mis quejidos; todas las noches inundo de llanto mi lecho, riego mi cama con mis lágrimas.

7 Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.

7 Mis ojos se consumen por el pesar; se han envejecido a causa de todos mis adversarios.

8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.

8 Apartaos de mí, todos los obradores de iniquidad, porque Jehová ha oído la voz de mi llanto.

9 The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.

9 Jehová ha oído mi súplica; Jehová aceptará mi oración.

10 Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.

10 Se avergonzarán y se turbarán mucho todos mis enemigos; se volverán y súbitamente serán avergonzados.
