1 Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.

1 A ti, oh Jehová, elevaré mi alma.

2 O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.

2 Dios mío, en ti confío; no sea yo avergonzado. No se alegren de mí mis enemigos.

3 Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.

3 Ciertamente ninguno de cuantos en ti esperan será avergonzado; serán avergonzados los que se rebelan sin causa.

4 Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.

4 Muéstrame, oh Jehová, tus caminos; enséñame tus sendas.

5 Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

5 Encamíname en tu verdad y enséñame, porque tú eres el Dios de mi salvación; en ti he esperado todo el día.

6 Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.

6 Acuérdate, oh Jehová, de tus tiernas misericordias y de tu compasión, que son perpetuas.

7 Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.

7 De los pecados de mi juventud y de mis rebeliones, no te acuerdes; conforme a tu misericordia acuérdate de mí, por tu bondad, oh Jehová.

8 Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.

8 Bueno y recto es Jehová; por tanto, él enseñará a los pecadores el camino.

9 The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.

9 Encaminará a los humildes por el juicio, y enseñará a los mansos su camino.

10 All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

10 Todas las sendas de Jehová son misericordia y verdad para los que guardan su convenio y sus testimonios.

11 For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.

11 Por amor de tu nombre, oh Jehová, perdona mi iniquidad, porque es grande.

12 What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.

12 ¿Quién es el hombre que teme a Jehová? Él le enseñará el camino que ha de escoger.

13 His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.

13 Su alma morará en bienestar, y su descendencia heredará la tierra.

14 The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.

14 La comunión íntima de Jehová es para con los que le temen, y a ellos hará conocer su convenio.

15 Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.

15 Mis ojos se dirigen siempre hacia Jehová, porque él sacará mis pies de la red.

16 Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.

16 Vuélvete a mí y ten misericordia de mí, porque estoy solo y afligido.

17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.

17 Las angustias de mi corazón se han aumentado; sácame de mis congojas.

18 Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.

18 Mira mi aflicción y mis afanes, y perdona todos mis pecados.

19 Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.

19 Mira mis enemigos, cómo se han multiplicado, y con odio violento me aborrecen.

20 O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.

20 Guarda mi alma y líbrame; no sea yo avergonzado, porque en ti he confiado.

21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.

21 Integridad y rectitud me guarden, porque en ti he esperado.

22 Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.

22 Redime, oh Dios, a Israel de todas sus angustias.
