1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.

1 ¡Aleluya! Cantad a Jehová un cántico nuevo, su alabanza en la congregación de los santos.

2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

2 Alégrese Israel en su Hacedor; regocíjense los hijos de Sion en su Rey.

3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.

3 Alaben su nombre con danza; con pandero y arpa a él canten,

4 For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.

4 porque Jehová se complace en su pueblo; hermoseará a los mansos con salvación.

5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.

5 Regocíjense los santos con gloria; canten con gozo aun sobre sus camas.

6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;

6 Exalten a Dios con sus gargantas y con espada de dos filos en su mano,

7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;

7 para ejecutar venganza entre las naciones y castigo entre los pueblos,

8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

8 para aprisionar a sus reyes con grilletes y a sus nobles con cadenas de hierro,

9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.

9 para ejecutar en ellos el juicio escrito. Honor será esto para todos sus santos. ¡Aleluya!
