1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

1 Dice el necio en su corazón: No hay Dios. Se han corrompido; han hecho obras abominables; no hay quien haga el bien.

2 The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.

2 Jehová miró desde los cielos sobre los hijos de los hombres, para ver si había algún entendido que buscara a Dios.

3 They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

3 Todos se han desviado; a una se han corrompido. No hay quien haga el bien; no hay ni siquiera uno.

4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.

4 ¿No tienen conocimiento todos los que hacen iniquidad, que devoran a mi pueblo como si comiesen pan, y no invocan a Jehová?

5 There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.

5 Allí tiemblan de espanto, porque Dios está con la generación de los justos.

6 Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.

6 Os habéis burlado del consejo del pobre, pero Jehová es su refugio.

7 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

7 ¡Oh, que saliese de Sion la salvación de Israel! Cuando Jehová haga volver de la cautividad a su pueblo, se regocijará Jacob, y se alegrará Israel.
