1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

1 Yo me alegré con los que me decían: Vayamos a la casa de Jehová.

2 Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.

2 Nuestros pies están dentro de tus puertas, oh Jerusalén.

3 Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:

3 Jerusalén, que ha sido edificada como una ciudad que está bien unida entre sí.

4 Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.

4 Allá subieron las tribus, las tribus de JAH, conforme al testimonio a Israel, para alabar el nombre de Jehová.

5 For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.

5 Porque allá están los tronos del juicio, los tronos de la casa de David.

6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

6 Pedid por la paz de Jerusalén; sean prosperados los que te aman.

7 Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.

7 Haya paz dentro de tus muros y serenidad en tus palacios.

8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

8 Por mis hermanos y mis compañeros diré ahora: La paz sea contigo.

9 Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.

9 A causa de la casa de Jehová nuestro Dios, buscaré tu bien.
