1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

1 Bendice, alma mía, a Jehová, y bendiga todo mi ser su santo nombre.

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

3 Él es quien perdona todas tus iniquidades, el que sana todas tus dolencias,

4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

4 el que rescata de la fosa tu vida, el que te corona de compasión y tiernas misericordias,

5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

5 el que colma de bien tus anhelos, de modo que tu juventud se renueve como el águila.

6 The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

6 Jehová es el que hace justicia y juicios a todos los oprimidos.

7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

7 Sus caminos dio a conocer a Moisés, y a los hijos de Israel, sus obras.

8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

8 Misericordioso y clemente es Jehová, lento para la ira y grande en misericordia.

9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

9 No contenderá para siempre, ni para siempre guardará el enojo.

10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

10 No ha hecho con nosotros conforme a nuestros pecados, ni nos ha pagado conforme a nuestras iniquidades.

11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

11 Porque como la altura de los cielos sobre la tierra, así es de grandiosa su misericordia sobre los que le temen.

12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

12 Tan lejos como está el oriente del occidente, así hizo alejar de nosotros nuestras transgresiones.

13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

13 Como el padre se compadece de los hijos, se compadece Jehová de los que le temen,

14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

14 porque él conoce nuestra condición; se acuerda de que somos polvo.

15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

15 El hombre, como la hierba son sus días; florece como la flor del campo,

16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

16 que pasa el viento por ella, y perece, y su lugar no la conoce más.

17 But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

17 Mas la misericordia de Jehová es desde la eternidad y hasta la eternidad sobre los que le temen, y su justicia sobre los hijos de los hijos,

18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

18 sobre los que guardan su convenio y los que se acuerdan de sus mandamientos para ponerlos por obra.

19 The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

19 Jehová estableció en los cielos su trono, y su reino domina sobre todos.

20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

20 Bendecid a Jehová, vosotros sus ángeles, poderosos en fortaleza, que ejecutáis su palabra, obedeciendo la voz de su palabra.

21 Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

21 Bendecid a Jehová, vosotros todos sus ejércitos, ministros suyos, que hacéis su voluntad.

22 Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

22 Bendecid a Jehová, vosotras todas sus obras, en todos los lugares de su señorío. Bendice, alma mía, a Jehová.
