1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

1 Bienaventurado el hombre que no anda en consejo de malos, ni anda en camino de pecadores, ni se sienta en silla de escarnecedores,

2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

2 sino que en la ley de Jehová está su deleite, y en su ley medita de día y de noche.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

3 Y será como árbol plantado junto a corrientes de aguas, que da su fruto a su tiempo, y su hoja no se marchita; y todo lo que hace prospera.

4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

4 No así los malos, que son como el tamo que arrebata el viento.

5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

5 Por tanto, no se levantarán los malos en el juicio, ni los pecadores en la congregación de los justos.

6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

6 Porque Jehová conoce el camino de los justos, mas la senda de los malos perecerá.
