1 And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.

1 Y si alguna persona peca al oír la voz de juramento, y es testigo de lo que vio o supo y no lo denuncia, llevará su culpa.

2 Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.

2 Asimismo la persona que haya tocado cualquier cosa inmunda, sea cadáver de bestia inmunda, o cadáver de animal inmundo, o cadáver de reptil inmundo, aunque no lo sepa, será impura y será culpable.

3 Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.

3 O si toca inmundicia humana de cualquier inmundicia que sea, que contamine, y no se da cuenta, y después llega a saberlo, será culpable.

4 Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.

4 También la persona que jure, pronunciando con sus labios hacer mal o bien, en cualquier cosa que el hombre diga ligeramente con juramento, sin darse cuenta, y después llega a saberlo, será culpable de cualquiera de estas cosas.

5 And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing:

5 Y será que cuando peque en alguna de estas cosas, confesará aquello en que pecó;

6 And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.

6 y para su ofrenda por la culpa traerá a Jehová, por el pecado que haya cometido, una hembra de los rebaños, una cordera o una cabra como ofrenda por el pecado; y el sacerdote le hará expiación por su pecado.

7 And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

7 Y si no le alcanza para un cordero, traerá a Jehová, como ofrenda por la culpa que cometió, dos tórtolas o dos pichones, uno como ofrenda por el pecado y el otro para holocausto.

8 And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:

8 Y los traerá al sacerdote, el cual ofrecerá primero el que es para ofrenda por el pecado y desunirá la cabeza de su cuello, pero no la apartará del todo.

9 And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.

9 Y rociará de la sangre de la ofrenda por el pecado sobre un lado del altar, y lo que sobre de la sangre lo exprimirá al pie del altar; es ofrenda por el pecado.

10 And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

10 Y con el otro hará holocausto conforme al rito; y el sacerdote hará por él expiación por el pecado que cometió, y será perdonado.

11 But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon: for it is a sin offering.

11 Mas si no le alcanza para dos tórtolas o dos pichones, el que pecó traerá como su ofrenda la décima parte de un efa de flor de harina como ofrenda por el pecado. No pondrá sobre ella aceite ni sobre ella pondrá incienso, porque es una ofrenda por el pecado.

12 Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it is a sin offering.

12 La traerá, pues, al sacerdote, y el sacerdote tomará de ella un puñado como ofrenda memorial, y la hará arder en el altar sobre las ofrendas encendidas a Jehová; es ofrenda por el pecado.

13 And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and the remnant shall be the priest's, as a meat offering.

13 Y hará el sacerdote expiación por él en cuanto al pecado que cometió en alguna de estas cosas, y le será perdonado; y el sobrante será del sacerdote, como en la ofrenda de grano.

14 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

14 Habló Jehová a Moisés, diciendo:

15 If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:

15 Si alguna persona comete una falta y peca inadvertidamente en las cosas sagradas de Jehová, traerá a Jehová por su culpa un carnero sin defecto de los rebaños, conforme a tu valoración, en siclos de plata según el siclo del santuario, como ofrenda por la culpa.

16 And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

16 Y hará restitución por aquello de las cosas santas en que haya pecado, y añadirá a ello la quinta parte y la dará al sacerdote; y el sacerdote hará expiación por él con el carnero de la ofrenda por la culpa, y le será perdonado.

17 And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

17 Finalmente, si una persona peca o hace alguna de todas aquellas cosas que por mandamiento de Jehová no se han de hacer, aun sin hacerlo a sabiendas, es culpable y llevará su pecado.

18 And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him.

18 Traerá, pues, al sacerdote, como ofrenda por la culpa, según tú lo estimes, un carnero de los rebaños, sin defecto; y el sacerdote le hará expiación por el pecado que cometió por ignorancia, y le será perdonado.

19 It is a trespass offering: he hath certainly trespassed against the LORD.

19 Es ofrenda por la culpa; ciertamente era culpable delante de Jehová.
