1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, saying,

1 Y habló Jehová a Moisés y a Aarón, diciendo:

2 When a man shall have in the skin of his flesh a rising, a scab, or bright spot, and it be in the skin of his flesh like the plague of leprosy; then he shall be brought unto Aaron the priest, or unto one of his sons the priests:

2 Cuando el hombre tenga en la piel de su cuerpo hinchazón, o erupción o mancha blanca, y haya en la piel de su cuerpo como llaga de lepra, será llevado a Aarón, el sacerdote, o a uno de sus hijos, los sacerdotes.

3 And the priest shall look on the plague in the skin of the flesh: and when the hair in the plague is turned white, and the plague in sight be deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is a plague of leprosy: and the priest shall look on him, and pronounce him unclean.

3 Y el sacerdote mirará la llaga en la piel del cuerpo; si el pelo en la llaga se ha vuelto blanco y parece la llaga más hundida que la piel del cuerpo, llaga de lepra es; y el sacerdote le reconocerá y le declarará impuro.

4 If the bright spot be white in the skin of his flesh, and in sight be not deeper than the skin, and the hair thereof be not turned white; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague seven days:

4 Y si en la piel de su carne hay mancha blanca, pero no parece más hundida que la piel, ni su pelo se ha vuelto blanco, entonces el sacerdote encerrará al llagado durante siete días.

5 And the priest shall look on him the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague in his sight be at a stay, and the plague spread not in the skin; then the priest shall shut him up seven days more:

5 Y al séptimo día el sacerdote le mirará; y si la llaga a su parecer se ha detenido y no se ha extendido en la piel, entonces el sacerdote le volverá a encerrar por otros siete días.

6 And the priest shall look on him again the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague be somewhat dark, and the plague spread not in the skin, the priest shall pronounce him clean: it is but a scab: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.

6 Y al séptimo día el sacerdote le reconocerá de nuevo, y si parece haberse oscurecido la llaga y no se ha extendido en la piel, entonces el sacerdote lo declarará limpio; era erupción. Y lavará sus vestidos y será limpio.

7 But if the scab spread much abroad in the skin, after that he hath been seen of the priest for his cleansing, he shall be seen of the priest again:

7 Pero si se ha extendido la erupción en la piel después que él se haya mostrado al sacerdote para su purificación, será visto otra vez por el sacerdote.

8 And if the priest see that, behold, the scab spreadeth in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a leprosy.

8 Y si al reconocerlo el sacerdote, ve que la erupción se ha extendido en la piel, el sacerdote lo declarará impuro; es lepra.

9 When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he shall be brought unto the priest;

9 Cuando haya llaga de lepra en el hombre, será llevado al sacerdote;

10 And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the rising be white in the skin, and it have turned the hair white, and there be quick raw flesh in the rising;

10 y el sacerdote le mirará, y si hay un tumor blanco en la piel, y el pelo se ha vuelto blanco y se descubre asimismo la carne viva,

11 It is an old leprosy in the skin of his flesh, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean, and shall not shut him up: for he is unclean.

11 es lepra crónica en la piel de su cuerpo; y le declarará impuro el sacerdote, y no le encerrará, porque es impuro.

12 And if a leprosy break out abroad in the skin, and the leprosy cover all the skin of him that hath the plague from his head even to his foot, wheresoever the priest looketh;

12 Pero si brota la lepra, extendiéndose por la piel, y cubre toda la piel del llagado desde su cabeza hasta sus pies, hasta donde los ojos del sacerdote puedan ver,

13 Then the priest shall consider: and, behold, if the leprosy have covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: it is all turned white: he is clean.

13 entonces el sacerdote le reconocerá, y si la lepra ha cubierto todo su cuerpo, declarará limpio al llagado. Se ha vuelto blanca toda la piel, y él es limpio.

14 But when raw flesh appeareth in him, he shall be unclean.

14 Pero el día en que aparezca en él la carne viva, será impuro.

15 And the priest shall see the raw flesh, and pronounce him to be unclean: for the raw flesh is unclean: it is a leprosy.

15 Y el sacerdote mirará la carne viva y lo declarará impuro. Es impura la carne viva; es lepra.

16 Or if the raw flesh turn again, and be changed unto white, he shall come unto the priest;

16 Mas cuando la carne viva cambie y se vuelva blanca, entonces irá al sacerdote,

17 And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the plague be turned into white; then the priest shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: he is clean.

17 y el sacerdote le mirará, y si la llaga se ha vuelto blanca, el sacerdote declarará limpio al que tenía la llaga, y será limpio.

18 The flesh also, in which, even in the skin thereof, was a boil, and is healed,

18 Y cuando en el cuerpo, en su piel, haya úlcera, y sane,

19 And in the place of the boil there be a white rising, or a bright spot, white, and somewhat reddish, and it be shewed to the priest;

19 y en el lugar de la úlcera haya un tumor blanco o una mancha blanca rojiza, será mostrado al sacerdote.

20 And if, when the priest seeth it, behold, it be in sight lower than the skin, and the hair thereof be turned white; the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague of leprosy broken out of the boil.

20 Y el sacerdote la mirará, y si parece estar más baja que su piel, y su pelo se ha vuelto blanco, el sacerdote lo declarará impuro; es llaga de lepra que se originó en la úlcera.

21 But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hairs therein, and if it be not lower than the skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:

21 Y si el sacerdote la examina y no aparece en ella pelo blanco ni está más baja que la piel, sino que está oscura, entonces el sacerdote lo encerrará durante siete días.

22 And if it spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague.

22 Y si se extiende por la piel, entonces el sacerdote lo declarará impuro; es llaga.

23 But if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not, it is a burning boil; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.

23 Pero si la mancha blanca ha permanecido en su lugar y no se ha extendido, es la cicatriz de la úlcera; y el sacerdote lo declarará limpio.

24 Or if there be any flesh, in the skin whereof there is a hot burning, and the quick flesh that burneth have a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or white;

24 Asimismo cuando el cuerpo tenga en su piel quemadura de fuego y haya en la quemadura una mancha blanquecina, rojiza o blanca,

25 Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the hair in the bright spot be turned white, and it be in sight deeper than the skin; it is a leprosy broken out of the burning: wherefore the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.

25 el sacerdote la mirará, y si el pelo se ha vuelto blanco en la mancha y esta parece estar más hundida que la piel, es lepra que salió en la quemadura; y el sacerdote lo declarará impuro, por ser llaga de lepra.

26 But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hair in the bright spot, and it be no lower than the other skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:

26 Pero si el sacerdote la mira, y no aparece en la mancha pelo blanco ni está más baja que la piel, sino que está oscura, le encerrará el sacerdote durante siete días;

27 And the priest shall look upon him the seventh day: and if it be spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.

27 y al séptimo día el sacerdote la mirará; si se ha ido extendiendo por la piel, el sacerdote lo declarará impuro; es llaga de lepra.

28 And if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not in the skin, but it be somewhat dark; it is a rising of the burning, and the priest shall pronounce him clean: for it is an inflammation of the burning.

28 Pero si la mancha ha permanecido en su lugar y no se ha extendido en la piel, sino que está oscura, es hinchazón de la quemadura. El sacerdote lo declarará limpio, porque es señal de la quemadura.

29 If a man or woman have a plague upon the head or the beard;

29 Y al hombre o a la mujer que le salga llaga en la cabeza o en el mentón,

30 Then the priest shall see the plague: and, behold, if it be in sight deeper than the skin; and there be in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a dry scall, even a leprosy upon the head or beard.

30 el sacerdote mirará la llaga. Y si parece estar más profunda que la piel y el pelo en ella es amarillento y delgado, entonces el sacerdote lo declarará impuro; es tiña, es lepra de la cabeza o del mentón.

31 And if the priest look on the plague of the scall, and, behold, it be not in sight deeper than the skin, and that there is no black hair in it; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague of the scall seven days:

31 Mas cuando el sacerdote haya mirado la llaga de la tiña y esta no parezca estar más profunda que la piel ni haya en ella pelo negro, el sacerdote encerrará al llagado de la tiña durante siete días.

32 And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the plague: and, behold, if the scall spread not, and there be in it no yellow hair, and the scall be not in sight deeper than the skin;

32 Y al séptimo día el sacerdote mirará la llaga, y si la tiña no parece haberse extendido, ni hay en ella pelo amarillento ni parece la tiña más profunda que la piel,

33 He shall be shaven, but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up him that hath the scall seven days more:

33 entonces lo rasurarán, pero no rasurarán el lugar de la tiña; y encerrará el sacerdote al que tiene la tiña por otros siete días.

34 And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the scall: and, behold, if the scall be not spread in the skin, nor be in sight deeper than the skin; then the priest shall pronounce him clean: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.

34 Y al séptimo día mirará el sacerdote la tiña, y si la tiña no se ha extendido en la piel ni parece estar más profunda que la piel, el sacerdote lo declarará limpio; y lavará sus vestidos y será limpio.

35 But if the scall spread much in the skin after his cleansing;

35 Pero si la tiña se ha ido extendiendo en la piel después de su purificación,

36 Then the priest shall look on him: and, behold, if the scall be spread in the skin, the priest shall not seek for yellow hair; he is unclean.

36 entonces el sacerdote la mirará, y si la tiña se ha ido extendiendo en la piel, no busque el sacerdote el pelo amarillento; es impuro.

37 But if the scall be in his sight at a stay, and that there is black hair grown up therein; the scall is healed, he is clean: and the priest shall pronounce him clean.

37 Pero si le parece que la tiña está detenida y que ha salido en ella pelo negro, la tiña está sanada; él está limpio, y lo declarará limpio el sacerdote.

38 If a man also or a woman have in the skin of their flesh bright spots, even white bright spots;

38 Asimismo el hombre o la mujer, cuando tenga en la piel de su cuerpo manchas, manchas blancas,

39 Then the priest shall look: and, behold, if the bright spots in the skin of their flesh be darkish white; it is a freckled spot that groweth in the skin; he is clean.

39 el sacerdote las mirará, y si en la piel de su cuerpo aparecen manchas blancas algo oscurecidas, es erupción que brotó en la piel; la persona es limpia.

40 And the man whose hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean.

40 Y si a un hombre se le cae el pelo de la cabeza, es calvo, pero limpio.

41 And he that hath his hair fallen off from the part of his head toward his face, he is forehead bald: yet is he clean.

41 Y si se le cae el pelo de la frente, es calvo por delante, pero limpio.

42 And if there be in the bald head, or bald forehead, a white reddish sore; it is a leprosy sprung up in his bald head, or his bald forehead.

42 Pero si en la calva de la cabeza o en sus entradas hay llaga blanca rojiza, es lepra que brota en su calva o en sus entradas.

43 Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the rising of the sore be white reddish in his bald head, or in his bald forehead, as the leprosy appeareth in the skin of the flesh;

43 Entonces el sacerdote lo mirará, y si la hinchazón de la llaga blanca rojiza en su calva o en sus entradas se parece a la lepra de la piel del cuerpo,

44 He is a leprous man, he is unclean: the priest shall pronounce him utterly unclean; his plague is in his head.

44 leproso es, es impuro; el sacerdote lo declarará impuro; en la cabeza tiene la llaga.

45 And the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and his head bare, and he shall put a covering upon his upper lip, and shall cry, Unclean, unclean.

45 Y en cuanto al leproso en quien haya llaga, sus vestidos serán rasgados y su cabeza estará descubierta, y embozado pregonará: ¡Impuro! ¡Impuro!

46 All the days wherein the plague shall be in him he shall be defiled; he is unclean: he shall dwell alone; without the camp shall his habitation be.

46 Todo el tiempo que tenga la llaga quedará impuro; estará impuro y habitará solo; fuera del campamento será su morada.

47 The garment also that the plague of leprosy is in, whether it be a woollen garment, or a linen garment;

47 Y cuando en el vestido haya mancha de lepra, sea vestido de lana o vestido de lino,

48 Whether it be in the warp, or woof; of linen, or of woollen; whether in a skin, or in any thing made of skin;

48 o en urdimbre o en trama, de lino o de lana, o en cuero o en cualquier objeto de cuero;

49 And if the plague be greenish or reddish in the garment, or in the skin, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin; it is a plague of leprosy, and shall be shewed unto the priest:

49 y si la mancha es verde o rojiza, en vestido o en cuero, o en urdimbre, o en trama o en cualquier objeto de cuero; es mancha de lepra y se ha de mostrar al sacerdote.

50 And the priest shall look upon the plague, and shut up it that hath the plague seven days:

50 Y el sacerdote mirará la mancha, y encerrará la cosa manchada durante siete días.

51 And he shall look on the plague on the seventh day: if the plague be spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in a skin, or in any work that is made of skin; the plague is a fretting leprosy; it is unclean.

51 Y al séptimo día mirará la mancha, y si se ha extendido la mancha en el vestido, o en la urdimbre, o en la trama, o en el cuero o en cualquier artículo que se hace de cuero, la mancha es lepra maligna; inmunda será.

52 He shall therefore burn that garment, whether warp or woof, in woollen or in linen, or any thing of skin, wherein the plague is: for it is a fretting leprosy; it shall be burnt in the fire.

52 Será quemado el vestido, la urdimbre o la trama, de lana o de lino, o cualquier objeto de cuero en que haya tal mancha, porque es lepra maligna; al fuego será quemado.

53 And if the priest shall look, and, behold, the plague be not spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin;

53 Y si el sacerdote mira, y no parece que la mancha se ha extendido en el vestido, o en la urdimbre, o en la trama o en cualquier objeto de cuero,

54 Then the priest shall command that they wash the thing wherein the plague is, and he shall shut it up seven days more:

54 entonces el sacerdote mandará que laven donde está la mancha, y lo encerrará otra vez por siete días.

55 And the priest shall look on the plague, after that it is washed: and, behold, if the plague have not changed his colour, and the plague be not spread; it is unclean; thou shalt burn it in the fire; it is fret inward, whether it be bare within or without.

55 Y el sacerdote mirará la mancha después que sea lavada; y he aquí, si parece que la mancha no ha cambiado de aspecto, aunque no se haya extendido la mancha, inmunda es; la quemarás al fuego; es corrosión penetrante, esté lo raído en el derecho o en el revés de aquella cosa.

56 And if the priest look, and, behold, the plague be somewhat dark after the washing of it; then he shall rend it out of the garment, or out of the skin, or out of the warp, or out of the woof:

56 Mas si el sacerdote la ve, y parece que la mancha se ha oscurecido después que fue lavada, la cortará del vestido, o del cuero, o de la urdimbre o de la trama.

57 And if it appear still in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin; it is a spreading plague: thou shalt burn that wherein the plague is with fire.

57 Y si aparece de nuevo en el vestido, o en la urdimbre, o en la trama o en cualquier cosa de cuero extendiéndose en ellos, quemarás al fuego aquello donde esté la mancha.

58 And the garment, either warp, or woof, or whatsoever thing of skin it be, which thou shalt wash, if the plague be departed from them, then it shall be washed the second time, and shall be clean.

58 Pero el vestido, la urdimbre, o la trama o cualquier cosa de cuero que laves y al que se le haya quitado la mancha, se lavará por segunda vez, y entonces quedará limpio.

59 This is the law of the plague of leprosy in a garment of woollen or linen, either in the warp, or woof, or any thing of skins, to pronounce it clean, or to pronounce it unclean.

59 Esta es la ley para la mancha de la lepra del vestido de lana o de lino, o de la urdimbre o de la trama, o de cualquier cosa de cuero, para que sean declarados limpios o inmundos.
