1 For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.

1 Por amor a Sion no callaré y por amor a Jerusalén no descansaré, hasta que salga como resplandor su justicia y su salvación arda como una antorcha.

2 And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.

2 Entonces verán las naciones tu justicia, y todos los reyes tu gloria; y te será puesto un nombre nuevo, que la boca de Jehová designará.

3 Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

3 Y serás corona de gloria en la mano de Jehová y diadema real en la palma de la mano de tu Dios.

4 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.

4 Nunca más te llamarán Desamparada, ni tu tierra se dirá más Desolada; sino que serás llamada Hefzi-bá, y tu tierra, Beula; porque Jehová se deleitará en ti, y tu tierra será desposada.

5 For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.

5 Pues como un joven se desposa con una virgen, así se desposarán contigo tus hijos; y como el novio se regocija por la novia, así se regocijará por ti tu Dios.

6 I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,

6 Sobre tus muros, oh Jerusalén, he puesto guardias que no callarán ni de día ni de noche. Los que os acordáis de Jehová, no descanséis,

7 And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

7 ni le deis descanso, hasta que restablezca a Jerusalén y la convierta en una alabanza en la tierra.

8 The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:

8 Jehová ha jurado por su mano derecha y por su poderoso brazo: Jamás daré tu trigo como comida a tus enemigos, ni los hijos de extranjeros beberán el vino nuevo por el cual has trabajado;

9 But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise the LORD; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness.

9 sino que los que lo cosechan lo comerán y alabarán a Jehová; y los que lo vendimian lo beberán en los atrios de mi santuario.

10 Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.

10 Pasad, pasad por las puertas; preparad el camino al pueblo; allanad, allanad la calzada, quitad las piedras, alzad estandarte sobre los pueblos.

11 Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.

11 He aquí que Jehová hizo oír hasta el extremo de la tierra: Decid a la hija de Sion: He aquí, viene tu salvación; he aquí, su galardón está con él, y delante de él su recompensa.

12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.

12 Y los llamarán Pueblo Santo, Redimidos de Jehová; y a ti te llamarán Buscada, Ciudad No Desamparada.
