1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.

1 ¡Despierta, despierta, vístete de tu poder, oh Sion! ¡Vístete de tus ropas hermosas, oh Jerusalén, ciudad santa! Porque nunca más vendrá a ti el incircunciso ni el impuro.

2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.

2 Sacúdete el polvo; levántate y siéntate, oh Jerusalén; suelta las ataduras de tu cuello, oh cautiva hija de Sion.

3 For thus saith the LORD, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.

3 Porque así dice Jehová: De balde fuisteis vendidos y sin dinero seréis redimidos.

4 For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.

4 Porque así dice Jehová el Señor: Mi pueblo descendió a Egipto en tiempo pasado, para peregrinar allá; y Asiria lo oprimió sin razón.

5 Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.

5 Y ahora, ¿qué conmigo aquí, dice Jehová, ya que mi pueblo es llevado de balde? Y los que de él se enseñorean lo hacen aullar, dice Jehová, y continuamente es blasfemado mi nombre todo el día.

6 Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.

6 Por tanto, mi pueblo conocerá mi nombre; por eso, en aquel día sabrán que yo soy el que habla: Heme aquí.

7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

7 ¡Cuán hermosos son sobre los montes los pies del que trae buenas nuevas, del que publica la paz, del que trae nuevas del bien, del que publica salvación, del que dice a Sion: Tu Dios reina!

8 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.

8 Tus atalayas alzarán la voz; juntamente darán voces de júbilo, porque ojo a ojo verán cuando Jehová vuelva a traer a Sion.

9 Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.

9 Prorrumpid en alabanzas, cantad juntamente, ruinas de Jerusalén, porque Jehová ha consolado a su pueblo, ha redimido a Jerusalén.

10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

10 Jehová ha desnudado su santo brazo ante los ojos de todas las naciones, y todos los confines de la tierra verán la salvación del Dios nuestro.

11 Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.

11 Apartaos, apartaos, salid de ahí; no toquéis cosa inmunda; salid de en medio de ella; sed limpios los que lleváis los vasos de Jehová.

12 For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rearward.

12 Porque no saldréis apresurados ni iréis huyendo, porque Jehová irá delante de vosotros, y vuestra retaguardia será el Dios de Israel.

13 Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.

13 He aquí, mi siervo actuará con prudencia; será exaltado y engrandecido, y será muy enaltecido.

14 As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:

14 Como muchos se asombraron de ti (su aspecto fue más desfigurado que el de cualquier otro hombre, y su apariencia más desfigurada que la de los hijos de los hombres),

15 So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.

15 así él rociará a muchas naciones. Los reyes cerrarán ante él la boca, porque verán lo que nunca les fue contado y entenderán lo que jamás habían oído.
