1 Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.

1 Me llevó luego al templo y midió las pilastras, siendo el ancho seis codos de un lado y seis codos del otro, que era la anchura del tabernáculo.

2 And the breadth of the door was ten cubits; and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits.

2 Y la anchura de la puerta era de diez codos; y los lados de la puerta, de cinco codos de un lado y cinco del otro. Y midió su longitud, que era de cuarenta codos, y la anchura de veinte codos.

3 Then went he inward, and measured the post of the door, two cubits; and the door, six cubits; and the breadth of the door, seven cubits.

3 Y pasó al interior y midió las pilastras de la entrada, que eran de dos codos; y la entrada era de seis codos; y la anchura de la entrada, de siete codos.

4 So he measured the length thereof, twenty cubits; and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place.

4 Midió también su longitud, que era de veinte codos, y la anchura, de veinte codos, delante del templo; y me dijo: Este es el lugar santísimo.

5 After he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of every side chamber, four cubits, round about the house on every side.

5 Después midió el muro de la casa, que era de seis codos; y de cuatro codos era la anchura de las cámaras laterales en torno de la casa alrededor.

6 And the side chambers were three, one over another, and thirty in order; and they entered into the wall which was of the house for the side chambers round about, that they might have hold, but they had not hold in the wall of the house.

6 Y las cámaras laterales estaban sobrepuestas en tres niveles, treinta en cada nivel; y había salientes en la pared, alrededor de la casa, sobre los que se apoyaban las cámaras laterales, para que no se apoyaran en la pared misma de la casa.

7 And there was an enlarging, and a winding about still upward to the side chambers: for the winding about of the house went still upward round about the house: therefore the breadth of the house was still upward, and so increased from the lowest chamber to the highest by the midst.

7 Y había mayor anchura y una espiral hacia arriba, hacia las cámaras laterales, porque la espiral de la casa iba hacia arriba, alrededor de la casa, rodeándola por dentro; y así se subía del nivel inferior al más alto por el nivel intermedio.

8 I saw also the height of the house round about: the foundations of the side chambers were a full reed of six great cubits.

8 Y miré la altura de la casa alrededor; los cimientos de las cámaras laterales eran de una caña entera de seis codos de largo.

9 The thickness of the wall, which was for the side chamber without, was five cubits: and that which was left was the place of the side chambers that were within.

9 Y el espesor de la pared de las cámaras laterales, por fuera, era de cinco codos, y quedaba un espacio entre las cámaras laterales de la casa por dentro.

10 And between the chambers was the wideness of twenty cubits round about the house on every side.

10 Y entre las cámaras había una anchura de veinte codos por todos lados alrededor de la casa.

11 And the doors of the side chambers were toward the place that was left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits round about.

11 Y las entradas de las cámaras laterales daban al espacio que quedaba, una entrada hacia el norte, y otra entrada hacia el sur; y la anchura del espacio que quedaba era de cinco codos, todo alrededor.

12 Now the building that was before the separate place at the end toward the west was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and the length thereof ninety cubits.

12 Y el edificio que estaba delante del espacio abierto al lado del occidente era de setenta codos de ancho; y la pared del edificio, de cinco codos de espesor, todo alrededor, y noventa codos de largo.

13 So he measured the house, an hundred cubits long; and the separate place, and the building, with the walls thereof, an hundred cubits long;

13 Y midió la casa, y tenía cien codos de largo; y el espacio abierto, y el edificio y sus paredes eran de cien codos de longitud;

14 Also the breadth of the face of the house, and of the separate place toward the east, an hundred cubits.

14 y el ancho de la fachada de la casa y del espacio abierto hacia el oriente era de cien codos.

15 And he measured the length of the building over against the separate place which was behind it, and the galleries thereof on the one side and on the other side, an hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court;

15 Y midió la longitud del edificio que estaba delante del espacio abierto que había detrás de él y las galerías de uno y otro lado, y eran cien codos; y el templo interior, y los pórticos del atrio,

16 The door posts, and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about on their three stories, over against the door, ceiled with wood round about, and from the ground up to the windows, and the windows were covered;

16 los umbrales, y las ventanas estrechas y las galerías alrededor de los tres niveles, hasta el otro lado del umbral, estaba todo recubierto de madera alrededor, desde el suelo hasta las ventanas; y las ventanas también estaban recubiertas,

17 To that above the door, even unto the inner house, and without, and by all the wall round about within and without, by measure.

17 encima de la entrada, y hasta la casa interior, y por fuera, y por toda la pared alrededor, por dentro y por fuera, según sus medidas.

18 And it was made with cherubims and palm trees, so that a palm tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces;

18 Y estaba labrada con querubines y palmeras, y entre querubín y querubín había una palmera; y cada querubín tenía dos rostros:

19 So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it was made through all the house round about.

19 un rostro de hombre hacia la palmera de un lado, y un rostro de león hacia la palmera del otro lado; hechos por toda la casa alrededor.

20 From the ground unto above the door were cherubims and palm trees made, and on the wall of the temple.

20 Desde el suelo hasta encima de la puerta había querubines y palmeras labrados, y también por toda la pared del templo.

21 The posts of the temple were squared, and the face of the sanctuary; the appearance of the one as the appearance of the other.

21 Cada poste del templo era cuadrado, y también la fachada del santuario; y la apariencia de una era como la apariencia de la otra.

22 The altar of wood was three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof, and the length thereof, and the walls thereof, were of wood: and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD.

22 La altura del altar de madera era de tres codos, y su longitud, de dos codos; y sus esquinas, y su superficie y sus paredes eran de madera. Y me dijo: Esta es la mesa que está delante de Jehová.

23 And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.

23 Y el templo y el santuario tenían dos puertas.

24 And the doors had two leaves apiece, two turning leaves; two leaves for the one door, and two leaves for the other door.

24 Y en cada puerta había dos hojas, dos hojas que giraban; dos hojas en una puerta y otras dos en la otra.

25 And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubims and palm trees, like as were made upon the walls; and there were thick planks upon the face of the porch without.

25 Y en las puertas del templo había labrados de querubines y de palmeras, así como los que estaban hechos en las paredes; y había un grueso madero sobre la fachada del pórtico exterior.

26 And there were narrow windows and palm trees on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the porch, and upon the side chambers of the house, and thick planks.

26 Y había ventanas estrechas y palmeras de uno y otro lado a los lados del pórtico, y sobre las cámaras laterales de la casa y las vigas.
