1 And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there which had a withered hand.

1 Y otra vez entró en la sinagoga; y había allí un hombre que tenía seca una mano.

2 And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him.

2 Y le acechaban para ver si le sanaría en el día de reposo, para acusarle.

3 And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.

3 Entonces dijo al hombre que tenía la mano seca: Levántate y ponte en medio.

4 And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.

4 Y les dijo: ¿Es lícito hacer bien en el día de reposo, o hacer mal? ¿Salvar la vida, o quitarla? Pero ellos callaban.

5 And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

5 Y mirándolos alrededor con enojo, entristecido por la dureza de sus corazones, dijo al hombre: Extiende tu mano. Y la extendió, y su mano le fue restaurada sana.

6 And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.

6 Entonces, saliendo los fariseos, tomaron consejo con los herodianos contra él, para matarle.

7 But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judæa,

7 Mas Jesús se apartó al mar con sus discípulos; y le siguió gran multitud de Galilea, y de Judea,

8 And from Jerusalem, and from Idumæa, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came unto him.

8 y de Jerusalén, y de Idumea y del otro lado del Jordán. Y los de alrededor de Tiro y de Sidón, una gran multitud, oyendo cuán grandes cosas hacía, vinieron a él.

9 And he spake to his disciples, that a small ship should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.

9 Y dijo a sus discípulos que le tuviesen siempre lista la barca, a causa del gentío, para que no le oprimiesen.

10 For he had healed many; insomuch that they pressed upon him for to touch him, as many as had plagues.

10 Porque había sanado a muchos, de manera que se echaban sobre él, para tocarle, cuantos tenían plagas.

11 And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.

11 Y los espíritus inmundos, al verle, se postraban delante de él y daban voces, diciendo: ¡Tú eres el Hijo de Dios!

12 And he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.

12 Pero él los reprendía mucho para que no le dieran a conocer.

13 And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him.

13 Y subió al monte y llamó a sí a los que él quiso; y vinieron a él.

14 And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,

14 Y designó a doce, para que estuviesen con él, y para enviarlos a predicar,

15 And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:

15 y que tuviesen autoridad para sanar enfermedades y para echar fuera demonios:

16 And Simon he surnamed Peter;

16 a Simón, a quien puso por nombre Pedro;

17 And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:

17 y a Jacobo hijo de Zebedeo y a Juan, hermano de Jacobo; y los apellidó Boanerges, es decir, Hijos del Trueno;

18 And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphæus, and Thaddæus, and Simon the Canaanite,

18 y a Andrés, y a Felipe, y a Bartolomé, y a Mateo, y a Tomás, y a Jacobo hijo de Alfeo, y a Tadeo, y a Simón el Cananita,

19 And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house.

19 y a Judas Iscariote, el que le entregó. Y entraron en una casa.

20 And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.

20 Y se agolpó de nuevo la gente, de modo que ellos ni siquiera podían comer pan.

21 And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.

21 Y cuando lo oyeron los suyos, vinieron para prenderle, porque decían: Está fuera de sí.

22 And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.

22 Y los escribas que habían venido de Jerusalén decían que tenía a Beelzebú, y que por el príncipe de los demonios echaba fuera los demonios.

23 And he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?

23 Y habiéndolos llamado, les decía en parábolas: ¿Cómo puede Satanás echar fuera a Satanás?

24 And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.

24 Y si algún reino está dividido contra sí mismo, tal reino no puede permanecer.

25 And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

25 Y si alguna casa está dividida contra sí misma, tal casa no puede permanecer.

26 And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.

26 Y si Satanás se levanta contra sí mismo y está dividido, no puede permanecer, sino que ha llegado su fin.

27 No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.

27 Nadie puede saquear las alhajas de un hombre fuerte, entrando en su casa, si antes no le ata; entonces saqueará su casa.

28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:

28 De cierto os digo que todos los pecados les serán perdonados a los hijos de los hombres, y las blasfemias con que blasfemen;

29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

29 pero cualquiera que blasfeme contra el Espíritu Santo, no tiene jamás perdón, sino que está expuesto a juicio eterno.

30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

30 Porque habían dicho: Tiene espíritu inmundo.

31 There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.

31 Vinieron después sus hermanos y su madre, y quedándose afuera, enviaron a llamarle.

32 And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.

32 Y la gente estaba sentada alrededor de él, y le dijeron: He aquí, tu madre y tus hermanos están afuera y te buscan.

33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?

33 Y él les respondió, diciendo: ¿Quién es mi madre y quienes son mis hermanos?

34 And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!

34 Y mirando a los que estaban sentados alrededor de él, dijo: He aquí mi madre y mis hermanos.

35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

35 Porque cualquiera que hace la voluntad de Dios, ese es mi hermano, y mi hermana y mi madre.
