1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.

1 Y cuando pasó el día de reposo, María Magdalena, y María, madre de Jacobo, y Salomé compraron especias aromáticas para ir a ungirlo.

2 And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.

2 Y muy de mañana, el primer día de la semana, fueron al sepulcro, recién salido el sol.

3 And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre?

3 Y decían entre sí: ¿Quién nos removerá la piedra de la entrada del sepulcro?

4 And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great.

4 Pero cuando miraron, vieron la piedra ya removida, que era muy grande.

5 And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.

5 Y cuando entraron en el sepulcro, vieron a un joven sentado al lado derecho, cubierto de una larga ropa blanca, y se espantaron.

6 And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.

6 Pero él les dijo: No os asustéis; buscáis a Jesús nazareno, el que fue crucificado; ha resucitado, no está aquí; he aquí el lugar en donde le pusieron.

7 But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

7 Pero id, decid a sus discípulos, y a Pedro, que él va delante de vosotros a Galilea; allí le veréis, como os dijo.

8 And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid.

8 Y ellas se fueron huyendo del sepulcro, porque les había entrado temblor y espanto. Y no dijeron nada a nadie, porque tenían miedo.

9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.

9 Mas después que Jesús hubo resucitado por la mañana, el primer día de la semana, se apareció primeramente a María Magdalena, de quien había echado siete demonios.

10 And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

10 Yendo ella, lo hizo saber a los que habían estado con él, que estaban tristes y llorando.

11 And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.

11 Y ellos, cuando oyeron que vivía y que había sido visto por ella, no lo creyeron.

12 After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country.

12 Pero después se apareció en otra forma a dos de ellos que iban caminando, yendo al campo.

13 And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them.

13 Y ellos fueron y lo hicieron saber a los otros, pero ni aun a ellos les creyeron.

14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.

14 Finalmente se apareció a los once mismos, estando ellos sentados a la mesa, y les reprochó su incredulidad y dureza de corazón, porque no habían creído a los que le habían visto resucitado.

15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

15 Y les dijo: Id por todo el mundo y predicad el evangelio a toda criatura.

16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

16 El que crea y sea bautizado será salvo; pero el que no crea será condenado.

17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

17 Y estas señales seguirán a los que creyeren: En mi nombre echarán fuera demonios, hablarán nuevas lenguas;

18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

18 tomarán serpientes en las manos y, si bebieren cosa mortífera, no les dañará; sobre los enfermos impondrán sus manos, y sanarán.

19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

19 Y el Señor, después que les habló, fue recibido arriba en el cielo y se sentó a la diestra de Dios.

20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

20 Y ellos, saliendo, predicaron en todas partes, ayudándoles el Señor y confirmando la palabra con las señales que la seguían. Amén.
