Capitol Plains District¶

The Capitol Plains District was the second district founded, following the Purple Cello District.

Capitol City¶

Zone 1

The Capitol City was the first city established in the world and contains World Spawn, The Capitol Dome, and the Headquarters of The Capitol Government and many other Agencies and Organizations. Richard is currently the City Mayor.

Capitol Dome Zone¶

The Capitol Dome Zone is a special area, within Zone 1, containing key places in Capitol City, namely the Capitol Dome and Capitol Office Building. It holds the headquarters of The Capitol Government.

Buildings in Capitol City¶

Capitol Dome¶

Built Friday, March 20, 2015, it was the first building built in the world. The original architectural vision of the building was of a castle. It is a symbol of The Capitol and the major icon of the City and World alongside the Dragon Egg Dome. It is not listed on the Andromeda Registry of Special Buildings.

Capitol City Capitol Guard Command House¶

The Capitol City Capitol Guard Command House is a building where players can go to activate commands. Inside are seven levels, each with one hall that loops around the exterior, with buttons on the inside wall that each activate a command. These may change the player’s gamemode, change the time of day, or teleport the player to another location. In the center is a restricted area housing the command blocks.

Originally this functionality was to be in the castle that changed to just be a large dome. The first level was built Friday, March 20, 2015. It had an oak wood roof cut short with a flat stone brick area. By June 16, 2015 the roof was later removed and replaced with a second level once space was needed. The roof then remained flat, and over time, more floors were added, just to make it taller as the space was never needed.

Over the years there have been upgrades to the command house system. A written book containing clickable ‘links’ that activated different commands began testing, with plans eventually to replace all the commands in the building and the book with commands that call .mcfunction files to allow more system flexibility and security. This has yet to be implemented due to the Technically Updated Update was canceled and its features pushed to be with the Aquatic Update which dropped support for the level’s world type.

Capitol City Postal Building¶

The Capitol City Postal Building is the postal building for the city and surrounding area. Originally built in the first few days of the world at the location of the current Capitol City Tower. The building was then later moved to its current position as the city began to take shape.

Giant Cactus¶

The Giant Cactus is a 3D pixel art of a cactus containing a cactus farm inside that supplies most of the world's cacti for free. It is a recreation of SethBling’s cactus farm from Mindcrack Season 4. The farm was originally built in the location of the Capitol Office Building, however it was moved to make room for the COB. 

Capitol Guard Monster Farm¶

It is a replica of Etho’s monster farm from his Season 2 LP World, with a few add ons to help it fit in better to the city skyline.

While The Capitol Dome serves as a Symbol for the Government along with the City and World, the Capitol Office Building houses the administrative headquarters for The Capitol Government. On the first floor is The Grand Assembly Hall, which houses the lower legislative house, The Capitol Assembly. The seventh floor, the top floor, houses The President’s Office and The Grand Councilroom.

The Building is split into two main security areas. The first level is often open to the public, the second is restricted to only government officials. The first level includes the first floor (including most of The Grand Assembly Hall), the second floor, and part of the third floor. Government officials can access the second level through security screening on the third floor. Part of the third, and the entire fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh floors.

Across the street from the Capitol Office Building, it is the home of the Mayor of the Capitol City, Richard. Before being appointed Mayor, he worked as a farmer.

Birch Sapling

Between the mouths of the Purple Cello River and Birch Sapling River, the Birch covered mountain is home of the Birch Sapling Residence.

Zone 5 covers the plains and swamp surrounding the Capitol City.

Forest west of the Purple Cello Mansion.

Covering the east end of the main Purple Cello Mountains that is in the Capitol Plains District. The west is in Zone 10 in the Purple Cello District.
